How do I schedule an appointment?
Yes. We offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to answer questions and determine if our services are a good fit. This call is informational and not a therapy session.
Do you offer a consultation?

All sessions are conducted via secure telehealth, allowing clients to attend from the privacy and comfort of their own space.
Are sessions in person or virtual?

We provide online therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, stress, and life transitions.
What concerns do you treat?

Thryv Therapy accepts most major insurance plans. Clients can use the Headway link to verify coverage and view estimated out-of-pocket costs. Private and cash pay options are also available.

Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?

Yes. Evening appointments are available, and limited weekend appointments may be offered based on availability and client need.
To respect the time reserved for you, 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be charged a $75 fee.

The first session is an intake assessment where we review your history, current concerns, and goals. This helps create a personalized treatment plan.

We use Headway and Grow Therapy, secure third-party platform, to verify insurance eligibility, process claims, and streamline billing so you can easily access your therapy benefits.

Is this practice available for crisis services?
No. This practice does not provide crisis or emergency services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call or text 988, dial 911, or visit your nearest emergency room. If you utilize any crisis or emergency services, please notify Thrive Therapy as soon as you are able so we can provide prompt follow-up care and continue supporting you.
