I started Thryv Therapy from a deeply personal belief that healing becomes possible when people feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered. Throughout my work as a therapist, I sat with so many adults who were carrying silent emotional weight—anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions—while still trying to show up for their families, careers, and responsibilities. On the outside, they appeared strong and capable. But inside, they felt overwhelmed, stuck, and disconnected from themselves.

Over time, I felt called to create a space where people wouldn’t have to hold it all together alone. I wanted therapy to feel different—more human, more collaborative, and grounded in real-life tools that support meaningful change. Thryv Therapy was built to be a place where clients can exhale, show up as they are, and begin reconnecting with the strength and resilience that may feel out of reach.

The name “Thryv” reflects what I witness in my clients every day. Even in life’s most difficult seasons, growth is still possible. Creating this practice was my way of building a supportive, accessible online therapy space for adults across California and Nevada to move beyond survival mode, rediscover their confidence, and truly thrive—in their healing, their relationships, and their lives.
